Park Winters Wedding Venue

Florals that bring your vision full circle

If you are looking for a wedding in the hills of Italy but don’t want to fly you and your entire wedding guests to Italy, guess what? You can have it, here in California. Park Winters Wedding Venue is one of the jewels of Northern California for weddings. This antique yet modern property is lush and full of nature. Just check out this beautiful wedding captured by Jessica Cardwell at Park Winters located in Winters California, just 15 minutes away from downtown Sacramento. We design the florals for the beautiful wedding of Grant and Katie and creating such a beautiful esthetic for them that really captured the vision they wanted and complimented the lush antique space of Park Winters was an absolute gift. I want to walk you through what a day at Park Winters would be like if you chose us to be your florist for the most special day of your life.

The day starts off with gorgeous views of this beautiful property Park Winters is. The bridal suit has a gorgeous home in which you and your bridesmaids and loved ones can get ready together. You can sip a celebratory champaign and celebrate this grand moment with those you hold dear the most. Park Winters has so many spaces that all yield to amazing photography moments and Jessica really didn’t waist any of those moments, making sure she captured Katie and her girls with her closes loved ones celebrating what was about to commence. Park Winters is gorgeous from every angle. The guys during this same time are also getting ready at a Den just adjacent to the main antique home, also soaking in the last moments before the moment you have planned for a long time finally commences.

Katie and Grant chose to do a first look and they exchanged private vows. This is something that a lot of couples are now choosing to do so that they are able to shake off the nerves of seeing each other for the first time in front of all their guests but rather having that first sight be more private, just between you two. Sharing vows that only you want him/her to hear. I don’t know if I have to emphasize this again because you clearly see the stunning photos from Jessica Cardwell, but you see the gorgeous entrance and lush garden at Park Winters wedding venue on full display during their first look here. The front door is already so captivating and really sets the tone for what you are about to enter.

Florals that made the vision all come together

In the meantime Blissful Rose is working tirelessly to make sure every detail and every flower is absolutely perfect and just like you imagined it would be. So let’s look into the esthetic that was created for Katie and Grant. They wanted an elevated country Villa esthetic with all white blooms and various greenery tones to compliment the lush greenery already found at the Park Winters Wedding Venue. Katie didn’t really want that leafy greenery look but did want that pop of greenery color incorporated. You will see that we adhered to that wish just perfectly, we used no leafy greens but still added foliage to compliment all of the white blooms.

Adding fruit to your table scape

Katie and Grant were really was inspired by the beautiful greenery tones that fruits like grapes and pears could bring in and the incorporation of those fruity textures was such a gorgeous touch to the esthetic as a whole. It really created an organic feeling on the guest tables. What gives you more of a country villa in Italy vibe than having grapes compliment that table scape on the tables? It was the perfect touch. We added figs and a few kiwi’s to the mix as well to give the texture a bit more variety. All of the vibes you are wanting for your wedding day, all can be achieved by bringing essential elements together that just flow. Blissful Rose is an expert at this. The very first ingredient to this perfect mix is your venue. Once we know your venue, we then start planning the vibe with lush florals and textures that will create the vibe you want while using the location to be the foundation of that vibe.

Katie and I walked through this vision several times before their wedding day that when everything came together, with the candles and the florals designed and perfectly complimenting the space, she started crying. Why you ask? Below is what she had to say.

Katie and Grant’s testimonial:

“We worked with Elena from Blissful Rose for our August 29, 2024 wedding and we absolutely loved working with her for our wedding flowers! From the very beginning, she was incredibly communicative and truly took the time to understand my vision. Over the course of a year, my ideas evolved quite a bit, and sometimes I felt like I was all over the place. But Elena listened carefully, aligning with each change, and made me feel so understood and reassured. Weddings these days can be overwhelmingly expensive, but Elena was incredibly respectful of our budget. She struck the perfect balance between helping us stay realistic and making the most of what we could spend. Toward the end, I wanted to incorporate some non-traditional elements, like fruit, into the floral arrangements. Despite not having experience with it, Elena was more than willing—and even excited—to give it a try! I trusted her completely, knowing she would bring my vision to life. And she absolutely did!!!!!!

On the wedding day, when I saw the flowers, I cried. They were everything I had imagined and more. Looking back at the photos still brings a huge smile to my face, all thanks to the care, love, and talent Elena poured into her work. I can’t recommend Blissful Rose and Elena enough to anyone in search of a florist! We can’t thank Elena enough!!”

Bringing your vision to life

All of the colors and elements blended and complimented each other perfectly, from the bridesmaid dresses, to the pool side colors and design, to Katie’s bridal gown and down to the attire of Grant and his groomsmen. The Black suits with black bow tie was such an elegant touch and was such a testament to the elegance of that day and how the guests felt walking into Park Winters Wedding Venue. The elegance of the decor with the soft wooden colors and clean lines, the fruity textures and black tie attire was all you needed to see to know that this was a different experience you were walking into.

Great photographers in California

A note about Jessica Cardwell and her talented photography skills. All of this work into nailing the vibe that Katie and Grant wanted to achieve would have not been able to be shared with you all if it wasn’t for Jessica. It is important to really achieve the feeling you want for you and your guests. To create that experience is my job and what Blissful Rose excels at, BUT if you don’t have the right photographer to capture these moments so that you have them to remember forever, then you are really loosing out. Every single detail that goes into this day needs to be preserved and captured via a great photographer and Jessica was instrumental in that. You can feel the emotions in the photos I am sharing with you and that my friends, is what you want for your special day. The perfect mix between her photos, our florals and design expertise, and the perfect wedding venue.

This vibe and energy is just what Katie and Grant wanted for their wedding.
