The wedding industry found me while I was in college in UC Santa Cruz. I started working as a venue coordinator and I completely fell in love with weddings during my two years at that job. It wasn't until I came back home to Sacramento that I played a bit more with creative self-employment ideas in the industry. I worked on weddings from event planning and coordinating to stationary and graphic designing and finally tapped into the florals. In 2019 I got married and that was the turning point for me. I realized how much I loved the creative process of floral design specifically for weddings. The creativity it gave me was thrilling. I loved that florals were the one thing that tied all the elements together, it was the one things that made it all make sense. Design and florals is what creates an ambiance that every bride and groom falls in love with when initially envisioning their wedding. I wanted every couple to have that piece of the wedding perfectly right. 
So at the end of 2019, Blissful Rose was born!
