The wedding industry found me while I was in college in Santa Cruz, CA. I started working as a venue coordinator and I completely fell in love with weddings during my two years at that job. It wasn't until I came back home to Sacramento that I played a bit more with creative self-employment ideas in the industry. I worked on weddings from event planning and coordinating to stationary and graphic designing and finally tapped into the florals. In 2019 I got married and that was the turning point for me. I realized how much I loved the creative process of floral design. I mostly love that florals and the small design details were the one thing that tied all the elements of a wedding together. Design and florals is what creates an ambiance that every bride and groom falls in love with when initially envisioning their wedding. I wanted every couple to have that piece of the wedding perfectly right.
So at the end of 2019, Blissful Rose was born!
